General Shipping Information
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days. We ship USPS, UPS and FedEx. Our shipping department is closed on Saturday and Sunday so orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship on Monday. We are closed for Federal Holidays as well.
If you have specific shipping needs we suggest you CONTACT US us prior to placing your order. We can generally accommodate most needs (i.e. overnight shipping).
Most orders are shipped with a signature required. If you have a specific preference (i.e. "I want a signature required" or "I don't want a signature required") please let us know in the comment box at checkout.
We allow International shipments on a very limited basis. If you are outside of the USA and would like to place an order please CONTACT US.
Some items we sell are restricted in certain areas. Please make sure you understand our TERMS & CONDITIONS (you will be required to agree to them before you can place an order).
Shipping in the USA
Standard shipping within the USA
Standard shipping within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska and US territories) is $5.99 no matter how much you purchase. The cost for one (1) item is $5.99 and the cost for one hundred (100) items is $5.99. If your order is more than $149 then shipping is free.
We offer both UPS and USPS options at checkout. Some items cannot be shipped via USPS (i.e. Zippo fuel, Pepper Sprays, certain knives, etc) and we reserve the right to modify your shipping selection if necessary. We may also, at our discretion, ship via FedEx.
Delivery time (once an item is dispatched) varies. Typical UPS delivery time is 2-6 days (see the delivery chart below). Typical USPS delivery time is between 2-5 days. Delivery outside the continental USA will be done via USPS and generally takes longer (i.e. to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc).
Once an order has shipped a delivery confirmation number (USPS) or tracking number (UPS) will be sent via email. Dispatch time for orders is typically 1-2 business days from purchase. All orders are insured against loss and damage through our company.
Expedited shipping within the USA
If you're in a hurry you can purchase Expedited shipping. Expedited orders are given full precedence and in most cases you will receive your order within 3 business days or less (items must be ordered by 8:00 AM MST to ship the same day they are ordered; call us if you need your order shipped same day and it's past the cut-off time).

Please Note: Some over-sized items cannot be ship via expedited services. If your order is too large to ship via out expedited services we will refund the shipping difference and send your order via standard shipping unless we have explicit instructions otherwise.
We offer two day shipping via UPS for $29.00 (this is a flat rate shipping cost). Delivery is usually 3 business days or less. This option is not available outside the continental USA.
We also offer two day shipping via USPS for $17.00 (plus an additional $4.00 per item after 3 items). Delivery is Usually 2 business days or less. This option is available outside the continental USA, but times may be longer than stated.
Once an order has shipped a delivery confirmation number (USPS) or tracking number (UPS) will be sent via email. Dispatch time for orders is typically 24 hours from purchase. All orders are insured against loss and damage through our company. Expedited shipments require a signature unless otherwise indicated in the comments section at checkout.
Shipping to APO and FPO Addresses
All shipping to APO and FPO addresses will be done via USPS. When entering an order with an APO or FPO address please remember to use "United States" as your shipping country. Your package will be routed to the correct destination no matter where you actually are.
We support our troops! If you order is going to an APO or FPO address (or any military base) you write "ARMED FORCES" in the notes at checkout and we'll refund your shipping.

Please Note: a Delivery Confirmation number (USPS) allows you to see when your item is actually delivered to your post office or house. Delivery confirmation is not comprehensive tracking.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The following information is a guideline for international shipping. Please note that until further notice, all international customers will still need to CONTACT US directly to inquire about placing an order.
Shipping costs depend on carrier, weight and size of package, and other factors. We will calculate your shipping charges during the checkout process. Charges can range anywhere from $30 to $150, depending on the order.

We are excited to ship internationally, however we cannot ship to all countries yet. If your country is listed, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to ship to you at this time.

CONDITIONS
Customers wishing to purchase from us must agree to certain conditions. If you do not agree to one or more of the following conditions, we will be unable to ship to you.
International Customer Conditions:
- Pay all shipping fees
- Pay any and all taxes, duties, etc.
- Pay via Wire Transfer
- If items get lost, stolen, or seized by customs, we are not accountable, and cannot give a refund UNLESS the package gets returned to us.
- Understand their own/carry laws in their country and have proper permits were applicable
- Pay all shipping fees for returns & exchanges, as well as warranty work
Please note that we do not falsify customs documents. We will list exact items and exact values, in accordance with national and federal laws. If you believe that your items will be seized at customs when labeled appropriately, we urge you to carefully consider this.
