SHIPPING IN THE USA

Standard shipping within the USA : Standard shipping within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska and US territories) is $5.99 no matter how much you purchase. The cost for one (1) item is $5.99 and the cost for one hundred (100) items is $5.99. If your order is more than $249 then shipping is free. It's so simple it's almost confusing!

We use USPS Priority Mail and Fedex at our discretion. Delivery time (once an item is dispatched) is about 3-4 days. A delivery confirmation* number (USPS) or tracking number (FedEx) will be sent via email once the item has been shipped. Dispatch time for orders is typically 24 hours from purchase. All orders are insured against loss and damage through our company.

* Delivery confirmation allows you to see when your item is actually delivered to your post office or house. Delivery confirmation is not comprehensive tracking.

Express shipping in the USA: If you're in a big hurry you can purchase Express shipping. Express orders are given full precedence and in most cases you will receive you items the next day (items must be ordered by 11:00am MST to ship the same day they are ordered). Express shipments must be signed for or picked up at the post office. Express mail is $16.00 for up to two knives and then $8.00 for each additional knife. Delivery time is usually 1-2 days. Express mail comes with a tracking number and is insured.

Additionally you can also select two (2) day FexEx shipping for a flat rate of $29.00.

Important Shipping Information:

Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories need to be aware that the delivery times specified do not apply to these locations. Shipping times can be longer than within the Continental USA

Using delivery confirmation & tracking numbers: When an order is shipped you should receive an email with shipment information. Additionally you can also log into your account (top right of the website) and view your order history. Delivery confirmation numbers and tracking information should be present in your order once it has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For International orders you must contact us prior to completing your order (in fact, you will not be able to checkout without getting our approval). Many of the items we sell are illegal to import into other countries and we will not ship them.
