Arno Bernard Knives was started in 2005 by Arno Bernard Jr., who was joined two years later by his brother Franco. Both share a passion for knives. Arno and Franco are the sons of Arno Bernard Senior, an internationally well-known knifemaker. They have said that much of the success of Arno Bernard Knives can be attributed to the guidance and training they have received from their father.
Arno Bernard Knives are made in the town of Bethlehem in South Africa. Each knife design has been inspired by an animal of Africa and each share a practical and aesthetically pleasing quality. These knives are hand-made with pride and come in a variety of exotic handle materials that are hand filed and polished.
