The Underboss is a knife collaboration from Bradley Cutlery and Protech. This knife is a great addition to the familiar Godson and Godfather family. Comparisons will no doubt be made to the Godson so here are the differences. Both knives are the same thickness, but the Underboss handle is a good deal
wider and slightly
longer. The added gripping surface is noticeable and the knife feels comfortable and substantial. The other difference is, of course, the blade. The Godson blade narrows into a sharp tip. Beautiful, but not always ideal. The Underboss blade is wider and narrows into a drop point which is more utilitarian and less prone to breaking. The Bradley commissioned Underboss opens with a Protech snap, sports Protech elegance, and takes no prisoners.
This Underboss automatic knife has a black finished 154-CM steel drop point blade with a plain edge. The handle is black anodized T-6 6061 aluminum with ivory Micarta inlays and a black pocket tip-up carry pocket clip.
