Description

Description

This Reloader model has a black aluminum handle and a Blackout finished blade.

The Aluminum Edition Reloader is a collaborative design between custom knifemakers Jason Brous and Mikkel Willumsen. It offers the same solid build as the G-10 version, but in a lighter package. The D2 tool steel blade sports a unique hollow grind and a reinforced tanto style tip. Custom milled grooves in the aluminum handle create a unique aesthetic and a secure, comfortable grip. The Reloader comes equipped with a reversible tip-up pocket clip for convenient everyday carry.

Features:
  • D2 tool steel blade provides excellent wear resistance and cutting performance.
  • Lightweight aluminum handle construction with milled grooves and jimping to offer top-notch grip security.
  • Ball bearing pivot allows quick one-handed deployment using the integrated flipper or elongated thumb hole.

A little tough opinion, I dare say.
The blade rattles.
Blade is not center.
At the time of closing, the blade almost touches the liner.
The grinding on the cutting edge was rough and I re-sharpened by myself.
Even at this relatively cheap price, the quality is too bad.

I was disappointed, Jason.

P. S.
I disassembled it, repaired ilittle bit, and assembled it. It regained the original operation. Reloader moves in its original way, it's a wonderful knife.
Therefore, I change it to FIVE STARS.
