This is an Automatic Conversion Knife.

The E-lock¢ knife is an Allen Elishewitz design knife from CRKT. It features a modified Wharncliffe blade with a very slight curve at the edge and a ceramic bead blast finish. The frame is black titanium nitride coated. Finally, contoured, injection molded black Zytel scales with an engine turned pattern complete the effect. This is a compact precision work tool with great balance and grip, suitable for every day tasks.
