It's a draw

I've been able to EDC mine and loosen the AXIS lock so that's to start off with.

When it first arrives the AXIS lock will be quite stiff, and it'll be not so one hand friendly unless you have experience in Benchmade or Ganzo's AXIS lock.

Don't bother trying to take apart the knife after the scales are off it's a nightmare to work with.

The blade is quite sharp for a factory edge, I've accidentally cut my self quite a few times when breaking in the AXIS lock ,and when the blade did cut me, it was with minimal pressure, so don't worry about it being a butter knife that needs sharpening. D2 is a great steel if you're not doing water and food related tasks, great edge retention hardness and blade sharpness.

The weight is nice and lightweight for some people coming in at only 4.97oz some may say that's heavy others say otherwise.

The G10 Scales aren't the grippiest they're lightly rough yet smooth texture
The steel liners are skeletonized. It uses 2 barrel spacers so it's an open back construction

The price isn't worth the 155 MSRP and 102.95 from BHQ the knife really is worth about 75 USD

The pocket clip is perfectly fine I tried an 810 clip and it wasn't as sturdy as the stock. As for deep carry that's up to you and the video has a great example of how it rides in the pocket

Thumbstuds are perfectly fine not sharp and too serrated.

Is it worth it? Eh that's up to you and your EDC tasks and requirements

So update Benchmade's heat treatment is extremely poor even though it has a good blade stock the tip broke off when I didn't do anything which is not a good sign so No I would not recommend it now that the tip broke off... I know you can fix it but that's not my point.
