Knife is great for EDC! My only problem is that it feels to light.
High quality and clever execution

Protech always produces very high quality automatics. The response and snap is amazing - almost strong enough to fling it out of your hand if you are not ready for it.

The half breed was my choice due to the combination of the smaller blade and the longer handle. This combination actually makes it a bit easier to handle casually when deploying, giving you much more to hold onto without having to watch the clearance of the tip of the blade too closely.

The blade is very sharp, with high quality steel, and works very well as an EDC. The insert is just for decoration and does not improve weight or strength.

I highly recommend this knife, with the only downside being that it is a bit dicey to close one-handed, due to the smaller blade. Aside from that, this is a great performer of exceptional quality.
