Wow, do I like this knife. Style-wise I have NO complaints. The blade has character galore that runs down to the beautifully contoured handle. The lanyard hole and clip are color matched.
Deployment is smoother than this price point should allow. The detent is fairly strong, and does not allow for gravity deployment.
Quality production here, folks. I found no hot spots at all. No sharpness at any point on the blade. G-10 handles are not smooth but are not grippy. The blade is d2 tool steel so some blade treatment maybe needed. I believe the 706 runs on bearings.
I absolutely recommend this blade. the quality at this price point is hard to beat.
