Winkler Knives S.A.R. Knife Fixed Blade w/ Canvas Laminate (4.90" Jungle Camo)

The S.A.R. Knife is a combination of the Utility and Spike knives. It was developed at the request of a municipal Search and Rescue Team. The blade is CPM-154 stainless steel with serrations along the spine to provide rope and fibrous cutting without giving up any of the primary cutting edge. The handle features Canvas Laminate scales, a cross guard and a glass breaker. This model has the Jungle Camo KG Gun Kote finish. Includes leather sheath.

Daniel Winkler has been making knives full time since 1988 and has more recently started the Winkler Knives product line after working with the Special Forces Teams in the United States Military and Allied Forces from around the world. The knives and axes in the Collection are all custom made in his shop. The product line are created through the stock removal process instead of being hand forged.
