1. Benchmade Bugout
More and more it seems like the Benchmade Bugout is as close to perfect as a knife can get. There's a reason it makes our list of Best EDC Knives. It was designed with the ounce counter in mind. The knife has all the right parts and nothing extra to weigh it down. You might question its strength and capability considering it weighs a remarkably light 1.85 ounces, but we can assure you this knife outperforms its size. This knife features Grivory handle scales that provide both rigidity and structure to the knife without the need for full-sized liners. Bugout’s CPM-S30V blade and AXIS lock mechanism make this knife the gift that keeps on giving. Check out our comprehensive Bugout Review to see what makes it so great.

“Excellent knife for everyday carry. Sheath keepers easily fit thick belts. Handle is a little smaller than I'd expected, but nothing a small 550 cord weave couldn't fix. D2 steel has been around for ages because it works, great edge retention. Overall a well priced small fixed blade.”

This CA legal, push-button auto features a 6061-T6 aluminum handle, a CPM-154 steel blade, and an aluminum pocket clip. Be sure to check out our comprehensive Kershaw Launch 4 review.
