M.A.P. Info, Price Match & Contact Information

Because BladeHQ is an authorized dealer many companies require us to abide by their minimum advertised pricing (MAP) policies. However, if you find a lower price on an identical "in stock" item please contact us to inquire about a price match.

*BladeHQ will match any competitor's price on identical "in stock" products from competing online stores at time of purchase.

Simply contact us by phone or email, provide us with the lower advertised price (providing a link will be helpful) and we'll match it. You can rest easy knowing you can get the best price, best in stock inventory, best service and still buy from an authorized dealer! Certain restrictions apply so please be sure to read the information below.

The "advertised price" is defined as the delivered total (the cost of the product including shipping). "Advertised price" refers to any price on a competitor's website or any price they quote you in a written format. Advertised price does not include an offer given to you verbally (in person or via telephone).

"In stock" means that the competitor has the item in their store or warehouse available for immediate shipment. We do not match prices with companies that drop ship.

"Identical products" means that the item is the same item we are selling. The item must have the same SKU, the item must be new and the product must be a current production model (i.e. we will not price match rare or discontinued items).

"Competing online stores" are defined as retail companies similar to ours that operate online websites. We will not match prices from third-party sellers, online auctions, classified ads, or "a guy selling out of his car".

*Disclaimer: There may be cases where we simply can't match a price (i.e. We cannot sell an item for less than our cost, or in cases where it violates MAP or universal pricing policies). In these cases we will be upfront and ask for your understanding.
