Description:
The AKC F-16 is an EDC-friendly, modern take on the classic stiletto. It is an automatic knife with double action, meaning that, by moving the thumb slide up and down, the blade automatically deploys and retracts. This makes it both easy to use with one hand and super fun to fidget with. It takes stylistic queues from the classic switchblade, but has more simplified shapes for a contemporary aesthetic. In short, this snappy OTF knife makes the impressive jet it was named after proud, and you’ll know just what we mean when you get your hands on one.

I'm not blessed with a lot of extra bucks to buy a $200+ OTF auto knife that I really want. So, I bought one earlier this year which I thought was a great bargain and amazing, but this F-16, is perfect. One button control, and super fast in and out, not real big and heavy (which the last purchase was). They could have put the grip material on both sides, but I won't strike it down for that, just a suggestion. My hats off to AKC. Even at regular price for what you get, it is a great deal.
love this knife, love autos. if my opinion means anything, buy. BUY NOW! BUY BEFORE THE COUNTRY COLLAPSES!!!!
I received my knife last week and am blown away with the quality and performance. There is minimal blade play and the operation is flawless and so far reliable and solid. Can't wait to buy more as gifts.
My new favorite knife!
For $49 for an OTF I wasnt really expecting much, but when I got it I was very impressed with the quality. I have played with it a lot and it is just as snappy as when I first got it. This knife is definitely the Microtech of budget OTF's
For the low price I didn't expect much from this knife. However I did think it would at least deploy the blade a few times. At first the slide stuck and nothing happened. Then the blade "fell free" when I tipped the knife downward. The blade fell back into the handle when I tipped the knife up. The slide still would not move, but now the blade was stuck in the handle. At least the sample I got was a total piece of junk. Definitely not up to the usual high standard of Blade HQ. PS. I sent the requested return info to Blade HQ but am still waiting for a reply, shipping label and instructions. This too is not like them.
