When I first received this knife I was very excited. The knife is very attractive, great shape, great materials, I really like the blade shape and the 14C28N blade, and the deep carry pocket clip. However, I was carrying this knife and reached my hand into my pocket and ran my thumb along the top edge of the handles and the tip of the blade cut my thumb. I thought the knife had opened in my pocket but that was not the case. I have since tested this multiple times and the handle is too short for the blade and it is very possible to cut a finger if you are not careful. I thought maybe it was possible to do this with some of my other knives so I tested about 20 of them and could not feel the tip of the blade when the knife was closed. This makes me sad because I don't feel that is a good idea to carry this knife. I reached out to B'yond EDC but have not heard back from them.
