Description:
The BRS E-Volve Apache has become even more pocket-friendly, with a smaller size, lighter weight, button lock update, and an even better value! The Apache glides open with the help of a flipper tab and thumb hole. The new button lock enables easy one-handed closing, as well, with ambidextrous options. G-10 handle scales cut down on the cost and weight of the Apache, and a deep-carry pocket clip lets this EDC flipper disappear in your pocket. Add the Apache from BRS to your EDC rotation!
The BRS E-Volve Series features premium designs without the premium price tag! Innovative knives have never been more accessible!
I got this knife and was going for storm trooper look... never owned a button lock, and was on the fence about a few others (specifically the white and black bugout .. but it felt like a gas station knife in my hand, and I'm not paying 200 for a gas station knife) so I went with this. I love the button lock and came sharper than any knife I own. And once it broke in in a few days it became the best fidget toy. I am so so sad I lost it. But I love much buying the white and satin and having a local company titanium nitride the blade black.. tell me what knife you would do that for.
Been looking for a box cutter type knife, kinda "Sneaky Pete" you'd say well this little chubby fits the bill. Out of the box sharp as a phirana molars. Button lock is sweet and, I can see how it can be addictive like a fidget toy.
I bought this knife on impulse and after reading reviews I tried to cancel my order. Where i work reuires less than 2.5in blade, which is hard to find in a good knife. I absolutely love this knife. I've read bad reviews and actually have a return label for this knife but I don't think I can let it go. I ordered a kizer lieb to return this one but I think both of them are going to stay. I am very impressed out of the box. I think whatever issues they had are resolved and I would not hesitate to order another.
Let me say “I love this knife!” This knife is a fidget king. Fit and finish is excellent for a $70 knife. I purchased two and one had a little bit of blade stick while dropping shut. I did not adjust the pivot screw and just let it break in on its own. Both knives drop shut now with no hesitation. No need to push the button to flick open the blade either. The only complaint I have is the placement of the D2 label. The D2 marking should have been placed in a less conspicuous place. The D2 label sticks out like a sore thumb. I did not notice any issues with the button release. Excellent EDC knife. I highly recommend this knife!
I was impressed with this blade. Love the action. Storm Trooper. Just wish the clip was a bit larger. It's tiny. Overall, good blade, fidgety, and for the $...well worth it. Also wish there was a lanyard option since the clip is pinner
Great little knife. Locks up tight. Very well-made. Button lock works great. However, the only issue I see with this is there is no real frame. There is no steel frame liner. Only the G 10 handle. Everything is built into the G 10 handle. So all the force you put into this knife is going to be pushing on plastic not steel. Other than that, it is a great little knife.
This knife has a chance to be great if you snap the knife open to hard the button lock would fail and become an instant fixed blade still have mine I don't use it
