Description

Description

This Aurora model is built with a full-tang A2 steel blade and a contoured Black Canvas Micarta handle.

The Aurora from Bark River Knives is a substantial knife but not too big to actually have with you for bushcraft. You will find the handle comfortable for any size hand and well contoured for a sure-positive grip--no matter how you hold it or how you pick it up the Aurora becomes and extension of your hand.

A convex grind will give you maximum cutting power and will easily baton through wood, carve wilderness necessities, field dress game and handle all of your daily camp chores.

Bark River Knives really took their time developing this knife and field tested prototypes for over a year before they finalized the knife. The Aurora comes with the Sharpshooter Sheath Systems Bushcraft "A" Sheath.

You will NOT regret getting an Aurora. I Promise You. I had gotten into Bark River knives probably 2 years ago but own the Bravo 1, Gunnny Hunter, And also the Aurora all in CPM 3V steel... They are, in my opinion the only fixed blades you will ever need to get.

Comes hair shaving sharp out of the box like most/all Bark Rivers, very ergonomic and comfortable in the hand, it hasnít caused any blistering or warm spots for me as of yet.

Attached a para-cord lanyard for extra safety/retention when using them as a chopper. Although it isnít meant for chopping or batoning, it can without blinking.

Hope you enjoy!
