Id like to state for the record, that BladeHQ rocks. The purchase went smooth, customer service was wonderful, and shipping was exceptionally fast!! :)
Bear ops on the other hand... decided to buy the Bear Ops to keep my hands busy and my mind happy while I waited for BRS to send another batch for BladeHQ to sell. I expected a little more from a $120.00 knife that was a design cooperation with a well respected Balisong company and Bear: start with the blade. The hollow grind was miss matched from side to side by 1/4 inch! The tang pins were drilled crooked and put a twist on the handle to blade orientation. The grips: the design was good but the countersink of one of the pivot screwholes was not deep enough and the head sticks out higher than the other. If this were a less expensive knife, I would understand... but for over a hundred dollars? Not again. Spend an extra 150 and buy a good Balisong.
i like it

I have had this knife for over a year.. Its a great flipper when the screws stay in. I don't like how the screws just come loose out of no where. I have tried every type of lactate on the bali but it dosent seem to help..
its ok

Overall I was not impresed with this knife. Its awkward to flip due to the handels being too light and too thick and you will have to locktite every screw before you use it or they will come loose. After flipping it a while the aluminium rubs off on your hand turning them black and is hard to wash off. The Damascus blade is cool but overall I don't think its a good butterfly. Blade HQ is great though
