Good knife, terrible customer service.
Derek M.
I want to recommend this knife to someone who is looking to buy this, but I can't. This is a good flipper to train on (since it includes the trainer blade). But I had the knife for just under a week and dropped it ON TO CARPET and the screws in the spacer popped out. I reached out to Bear and Sons (Bear Ops) customer service and I have sent 8 emails trying to get this guy to understand that all I need are 3 tiny screws to be able to fix it. If you get this knife DO NOT BREAK IT. Or do not even use it unless you have about 12 feet of cushion beneath the knife in the event the knife takes a fall. You won't be able to get replacement parts for the knife at all from customer service.

Something I would like to also state is that I had to wrap tape around the handle end to get it to stay together which ruins the aesthetics of the knife. I know its a minor thing but I had this knife for LESS THAN A WEEK before it broke.

Buy this if you are confident you will not ever drop it. Or deal with customer service worse than Comcast.
