Great balisong needs some TLC
Ryan D.
This is my first step up from a Chinese balisong. Its like night and day compared to them. You will need some red high strength thredlock. I went directly to Bear and Son for a lost screw (FREE) and they recommend it. Why they don't do this from the shop IDK but they same day sent 4 screws out to me. I'm happy with my purchase and plan on stepping up to a benchmade or microtech soon but I'm happy to have this in my collection. Thanks Blade HQ!
Very good flipper

Ive had this knife for about 8 momths and flip it almost daily. This knife is great for the cost. The phosphor bronze washers are smooth and satisfying, the latch locks nicely, It is quality made, and has a nice thick blade stock. In general bear ops has a great offering in this price range. I do have 3 cons thou
1.) carbon fiber is hydro dipped and looks cheap( I would have gone with a differnent design).
2.) Needs some locktite for few of the screws
3.) Its heavy and clanky (thats just my preference)
Definitely buy it thou it is almost perfect but in this price range well worth it
First butterfly knife

Carbon fiber handle feels good, looks less than perfect. Hardware is fine. Blade looks good and has a unique texture, but its super easy to chip. Tip chipped after falling from waist height onto wood. Not the best quality for the price but decent enough.
