I like mine.
Lucas B.
I recently purchased a limited edition 455/500 limited run from a dealer down in El Paso Texas, the Torrent 890-1701 to be exact. Now I don't use this as my everyday carry knife. But I over all love this knife, it's about the perfect size for me, and mine is a wonderful blue with purple liners and a black blade. Apparently the other two gentleman really must hate their knives, I've never had an issue with the nitro spring assist, it's very snappy, almost to the point if I'm not holding onto it firmly, it feels like it may jump out of my hand. I'm right handed so this knife isn't a problem for me, if you notice the knife is built for right handed people. The deep carry clip it comes with works very well. My only issue with the knife is the liner lock. Not a perfect knife, but I sure do love mine.
Very weak action.

Action on assist is very weak. Hindrance far more than not.
Much better options out there

Benchmade didnt do so hot with this knife, the action is weak and the “nitrous assist” bumps the knife open accidently all the time! The blade is so thin I’m afraid Ill break it, there’s only one carry option and there isnt a thumb stuf for left handed users. Not to mention how expensive this thing is! I would not reccomend this knife AT ALL!!!
