Osborne’s Great Final Design!
Darren R.
This is an outstanding blade fitting of being Warren Osborne’s final design. The materials, ergonomics, and fit and finish are top notch. The only possible negative is that the finish on the titanium back side shows wear marks very easily, although I still think it looks good even with the marks.
Beautiful blade

Solid handle construction. Love the color way. Good action and detent. Blade steel rocks. Built very purposely. Only cons are slightly off center blade and wish the blade were finished with a stone wash or satin grind instead of bead blasted. So worth the $ though.
One of the best knives to come out of Benchmade factory

I have two of these knives one with the combo blade and this blade.

Don't let this Knife fool you it is a beast in an EDC package. There is not much you cannot do with this knife especially given the quality of the blade and the frame in general. Tactical, survival or EDC what a combination in one knife.
Sad to see it go

Really love the 928 great lock up and feels great in the hand.
Awesome Benchmade
Jeff J.
Have owned this knife for about a year and a half and have used it pretty hard for everything from opening envelopes to field dressing fish and large game, cutting thorn branches in the way out on the four wheeler, splitting down campfire wood into kindling and making feather sticks for starting campfires, and cutting VERY heavy leather when making various leather goods, I sharpened this knife on my work sharp ken onion edition when new and took the edge to a mirror finish using jewelers rouge on a leather belt on the work sharp and that cpm20cv steel never seems to need more than a slight touch up with the leather belt strop, in fact I have yet to see it dull enough to hardly stop being shaving sharp, that steel just holds an edge forever and has no issues with chipping or rolling, INCREDIBLE steel, super great knife for nearly anything you need a knife for.
Osborne's swan song

This Knife is get's right what Benchmade so often gets wrong when it comes to Titanium Framelocks. It has a strong detent, forward finger choil AND a sharpening choil, which makes for an unusual offering from BM.
The blade is thick, but slices surprisingly well due to the length of the grind behind the edge. At almost 5 oz. it isn't light, but it's weight is evenly distributed.

It's definitely a "light switch" flipper only, but the action is great and comparable to my best ZT flippers (0450, 0452CF, 0804CF, 0562CF).
A great large, tough EDC knife.
