Description

Description

Benchmade's Triage knife combines their popular AXIS lock with a folding strap cutter safety hook and a glass breaker tip to create the ultimate triple utility tool.

The 915 Triage folder features a modified sheepsfoot blade. The 440C hook-shaped safety cutter conceals in the spine of the handle and opens with smooth operation via the low profile thumb stud. Includes textured G-10 handles with stainless steel liners. Deep reversible tip-up carry pocket clip and carbide glass breaker complete the package.

This Triage 915-ORG model has a satin finished blade with a plain cutting edge and an orange G-10 handle.

Feels good in either orientation for use, well thought out and ergonomic. The blade shape works well for all around cutting tasks as well as its intended rescue tasks. The G10 is rough on the pocket and the orange will discolor over time but that also lends itself to visibility and a secure grip. First axis lock knife so still playing with that, seems like a good ambidextrous option. I think it will be a solid rescue style knife that also can be an edc option
Great Work/EDC knife

I got this knife to be my work knife. Blade is a good size, very sharp, and easy to maintain. I use the rescue hook to cut rope and strap all day, I love this feature. The G-10 handles have plenty of grip when using with gloves. Started out as a work knife, but it's become by primary EDC.
Love my triage!
