Boker Core
Harnessing local steel expertise and over 150 years of knife-making experience, we give you Boker's Core kitchen knife series. The Boker Core line, handmade in Solingen, Germany, excels in many ways, boasting quality steel, a simple—yet sophisticated—design, and exceptional ergonomics that are achieved by the rounded bolster and spine. The steel, an alloy of chromium-molybdenum-vanadium (X50CrMoV15), is easy to sharpen, stainless, and extra tough. The handles are available in either walnut wood or black polymer.
Boning Knife
This knife is usually equipped with a thin blade similar to a fillet knife, ideal for deboning fish or poultry; a thicker version is used for beef and other larger meats.
