This Kalashnikov knife features an exclusive Dagger blade. It is a limited edition Kalashnikov model has a raw stonewashed handle and a black finished blade. The AUS-8 stainless steel blade is double-edged with just one edge sharpened (the other edge is used to fold the blade closed).

The ergonomically shaped handle is aluminum with molded finger grips and jimping where the handle and blade meet. The design is thin, elegant and comfortable. The action of this knife is first rate and comparable to that of the Boker Magnum automatic series. As with other Kalashnikov knives, this knife comes with a silver pocket clip for easy tip-up carry.

The first thing you'll notice when you get your knife is that the box is shaped like an AK-47 magazine ("Kalashnikov" is the name of the Russian who designed the AK-47 assault rifle). Inside the box sits the knife, a beautiful piece of work.

Pretty good for first auto
Peter M.
I was really excited when I bought this knife. What's not to like about an affordable auto from a reliable name brand? Well, I found out a few: Like most budget knives I've seen, the plunge line near the ricasso is off and due to that the grind is uneven in the lower part of the blade. The handles are just a little off set, not to where my eye can see, but enough that I can feel it. The paint on the blade comes off easy, but who cares, it's a work knife. This knife also has some very good pros for it: It looks amazing! I love the raw stonewashed aluminium. It's very sharp, and is a lot of fun to use. It feels great to stone-fist, which is good if you need to have full control. The action is amazing. When it arrived, it was a bit gritty, but I put some blue lube on it and it opened without a problem. Also when it arrived, it had no blade play at all, which is amazing, but over time I have gotten a bit of play. Overall this is a great knife for someone who's looking for a nice budget auto. Thanks Blade HQ!
