The Reality-Based Blade from Boker knives was designed by Jim Wagner as a tactical weapon for close quarters combat and self-defense. The 440C stainless steel blade has a gladius tip, which resembles a tanto blade while the cutting edge is kriss styled with a slight curve that is serrated for cutting and ripping. The fiberglass-reinforced nylon (FRN) handle scales have deep finger grip impressions with a textured surface on three of the four finger grooves to provide superb grip. The stainless steel handle frame utilizes a lock back system for strength. At the base of the handle is a glass breaker and pocket clip. Also included is a clip kit that can transfer a glass-breaker into a writing pen clip.
