Customer Reviews

Poorly constructed

To start, I'm an adamant boker fan for go to EDC rotation. I purchased the kansai and this knife a few months back and I wanted to wait a few months prior to writing a review. In comparison for price and effectiveness for EDC I would not buy this knife again. Pro's: Pocket clip looks like a pen, can carry in my coat next to a nice pen and appears I carry two pens to the public. The blade shape is beautiful and makes for a fantastic slicer. Con's: Carbon fiber feels like it will splinter you while holding, no routing or sanding finishes appear to be completed on the handles and legit will blister you after 5 opening and closings. -Liner lock must not have undergone any quality control, small burr on the "jimping?" and it sounds like nails on a chalkboard every time to deactivate the liner lock, despite using blue lube, even used nano lithium grease out of desperation. -Blade size is very small. For over $150, it felt like throwing money in the drain, hints why it took so long to admit it with a review.
