One of the standout models from Brous Blades is the Dynamic flipper. It has a solid design with a step-down at the tail end of the handle along with a stainless steel pocket clip, set into the handle that matches the flow of the knife's geometry. The handle features titanium construction with an aluminum backspacer that sports a center groove. The acid stonewash finished D2 tool steel tanto blade is hollow ground and set on the proprietary Brous Bearing System for smooth, reliable performance.

Something Different
Jeremy S.
I read and watched a lot of reviews before I bought this knife. Not only on this model but just Brous Blades in general. Wow that was a mixed bag. Seems people either love them or hate them. So I went ahead and gave it a try.

Me personally, this model impressed me. First the pictures don't quite do it justice. The lines, the blade grind, and razor sharp out of the box. It was beautiful. I saw a lot of complaints about how it deploys and the detent. Let me throw my two cents in, it works. The flipper action does feel weird, but it works every time. It does work better with a quick deliberate press vs a pre-load type push. It also feels like it has some drag, like the pivot is too tight, but it goes out every time to lock up without fail. So to me it's different, but it works reliably. This knife feels solid, fits pretty well in the hand. The only complaints I have are when holding the knife in a "normal" grip the jimping is a bit of a reach for my thumb, be nice to have some frame jimping near the tang. The pocket clip sucks when trying to get it to slide into the pocket on my carhartt jeans. Thinner materials shouldn't be an issue though. That and I am a deep carry pocket clip guy. The jimping and pocket clip drop it to 4 stars for me. If you are looking for a perfect EDC knife, I think it's safe to say this won't be the one for most. But is is an awesome piece for collectors and EDC people as well. It has its place in my collection and will be carried some.
