The marbled carbon fiber looks incredible in the light. It feels great in hand and is just a great knife overall. Definitely one of the most amazing looking knifes I own. Great action and very sharp out of the box.
The Handle feels just like one of my worry stones from the 70's and is one of my favorite flippers,opening very smoothly. It is light enough to wear with shorts and has a razor sharp blade out of the box. Buck has knocked this one out of the park
I was on the fence about ordering this for days. I am glad that I did. The only downside that I see is that the red pivot, pocket clip, and back spacer don’t have color options that can be selected, not that it looks bad, I would just like to have some options. Gold or copper would be super cool IMO. I really like the look of the carbon fiber. It rides perfectly in the pocket, nearly invisible. Buck did a lot right with this knife.
The Sharp knife seems like good steel. The ball-bearing technology doesn’t seem all as smooth as they make it seem to be. I think they forgot to put bearings in mine. I opened a knife with ball-bearing technology that was smoother than this one.
