Here's the Coffin Nail Drop Point, an exceptional handmade folding knife from Burr Oak Knives. It has a San Mai 416/52100 steel drop point blade with an oversized flipper opener. The titanium liner lock handle is outfitted with mosaic skull Damascus bolsters, carbon fiber scales and an anodized pocket clip. The blade, liners, and steel backspacer are fileworked. This knife comes with a signed certificate of authenticity, dated 6/5/15.

Mark Nevling, the craftsman and creator of Burr Oak Knives, discovered his enthusiasm for knife-making in 1987 when he created his first knife. He has continued in perfecting his work since that time, now as a full-time maker with a skill set that is evidenced in the exemplary knives he produces. Mark Nevling is also a volunteer firefighter and a certified first responder in Hume, Illinois; this gives him working knowledge of the particular needs of these professionals.
