Just received my Altus today with wood scales. It a little stiff and had a little button stick but it's breaking in nicely. This is my second Civivi knife and I'm pleased with the performance and quality of their build. You definitely get what you pay for. Several of the American companies better pick up their pace on design and quality if they want to get my business. Civivi had made me a believer that not all Chinese knives are junk. Hoping to find a WE knife in the future that catches my eye. I've got a Kizer on order now and hoping it's up to par with the Civivi knives. See you guys at Blade Show Atlanta in June.
