The iconic Uncle Sam image from 1916 recruitment posters is believed to have originated during the War of 1812 when Samuel Wilson provided barrels of beef to the U.S. Armed Forces and was nicknamed Uncle Sam. A distressed wooden display placque features a full color recruiting poster with a laser engraved history of Uncle Sam, with a Case collectible medallion.

The Trapper traditional pocket knife has Tru-Sharp surgical stainless steel clip point and spey blades, serialized with the Case long C script. Etched smooth bone scales with full color laser engraving of Uncle Sam, "I Want You For U.S. Army" and E.A. - U.S. Samuel Wilson. Polished nickel silver bolsters with brass pinned constructed completes this striking commemorative keepsake.
