Left Hand Sebenza 21 with carbon fiber inlays.
We are excited to present this Chris Reeve Small Sebenza 21 folder with carbon fiber inlays! The finished product is nothing short of astonishing! The carbon fiber is a top-notch addition to an already outstanding knife. The inlays are set into the satin finished titanium frame. The inlays fit exactly into each of the three pockets machined into the handle, two on the front and one on the back. The S35VN Insingo steel blade is stonewashed with a blue anodized thumb lug and matching spacer on the handle. The handle edges, lockbar and pocket clip are bead blast finished.
The Sebenza 21 is one of our personal favorites, its astonishing appearance is an outward representation of its intrinsic quality and functionality. The robust frame lock ensures the knife is like a fixed blade when it's open. Despite the rock solid feel the action is smooth and it's easy to operate. Both comfortable and elegant the Sebenza line is a must have for any knife enthusiast.
How could you go wrong with a Sebbie? First off, the presentation of this knife is the best I've ever seen. Chris reeve boxes them up really nice and they throw in a lot of extras. The action is great and smooth. Don't be expecting to flick this knife open or have it drop shut because that is not what its designed for. The lockup is solid of course as is the centering. The carbon inlays really make this knife stand apart as does the blue accents on the thumb stud and standoffs. The insingo blade shape is gorgeous. I don't really care for the lanyard, but that could be cut off easily. Overall, this knife is perfect, you just can't go wrong with one and I think any serious collector should get one at one point.
