Description

Description

The Hold Out features a premium CTS-XHP stainless steel blade, satin polished with full flat grinds and a fully serrated edge. Its American G-10 handle provides room for a secure four-finger grip and is fitted with Cold Steel's remarkable Tri-Ad lock along with a reversible tip-up carry pocket clip.

It's quite unusual for a folding knife to be both strong and extremely lightweight, but that's what Cold Steel has done with their Hold Out series of knives. While the Hold Out is an ideal knife for professionals, it has all the right attributes of an everyday carry folder. With three sizes to choose from, you'll find one that's just right for your needs.

The hold out 3 is a dream edc in terms of carry ability. Itís ultra slim and super light weight it nearly disappears in your pocket sometimes when I carry it I forget I even have the knife on me. The XHP blade is very sharp and has no problem slicing through everyday materials even though itís fully serrated. The one problem I have with this knife is that it may be the hardest tri-ad lock to disengage. This is a positive and a negative because it means the knife is very sturdy but is almost definitely a two handed close.
