I was one of the lucky few to be able to snag this beautiful piece of functional art. It might be more than most would want to spend on an outdoor/hard use blade, but to me it looks (and feels) like incredible value for such a large slab of CPM-3V. Peteís design is not only aesthetically appealing, but each curve and contour is purpose-driven.

Judging by its looks and in hand heft (because I havenít had a chance to go outdoors with it yet), the knife is just heavy and wide enough for fairly heavy batoning, but still agile enough for finer camp tasks other than filleting food.

Iíll update this once I get to put it through its paces.
