The Homura fixed blade is the creation of Dew Hara, son of the widely known and highly regarded knifemaker Koji Hara. This Homura fixed blade is wildly eye-catching and a piece of art. It features a stainless blue and green "Shinkai" handle. "Shinkai" refers to the characteristic coloring of the deep sea, which this handle and sheath are definitely reminiscent of. The blade is beautifully shaped out of Bohler M390 steel with a high polished finish—a feat of craftsmanship given M390's notorious edge retention. The design has strategically placed jimping on the spine of the blade and underside of the handle. It comes with a matching sheath making for a one-of-a-kind work of art piece ready to be used or displayed.
