The Space-Tec Fisher Space Pen features a click-cap retractable pen tip for one-hand opening. The body is matte black rubber coated with red inserts. Comes with a black, medium point ink cartridge.
The original Pressurized Space Pen was invented by Paul Fisher and his Associates in 1965 and subsequently selected by NASA use on all manned Space Flights. Several important characteristics of the Fisher Space Pen separate it from the competition. It features a gas pressure cartridge that makes it impervious to gravity. The precision cartridge utilizes Fisher's stainless steel, tungsten-carbide ballpoints for longer, cleaner and more consistent writing.
