Description:
Designed by knifemaker Jens Anso, the Zero folder is a practical, affordable production version of his custom knife. It's a smaller size that makes it an ideal everyday companion and the two-hand deployment of the blade makes it a great option in some restrictive areas. The handle is sculpted-pattern with a lockback mechanism and reversible tip-up pocket clip. It has a Bohler N690Co stainless steel blade making the Zero your EDC of choice speaks to your good taste.

Pros: -N690 is a solid steel choice -Blade Shape -Ergonomic -Lightweight -Strong Lock -Deep Carry Clip -Relatively Affordable -Nice Color options Neutral: -Price is reasonable(n690 is easily attainable at this price or less, not a steal for the product, but not outrageously priced) -Effectively a Two Hand Operating Knife(low fidget factor, only business more or less, this could be a con if that's what you want or if you live somewhere where one handed knives are illegal a pro) Cons: -Lightweight(can feel cheap if you aren't familiar with FRN) -Might be less ergonomic to large hands
I have my suspicions the previous reviewer is new to knives or at least doesn’t know much about handle materials. G-10 has an extremely high strength/durability-to-cost/weight ratio. Is it basically plastic? Yes. Is it what you’re paying for with a Fox/Anso product with an N690 blade? It is not. This is an excellent pocket knife with excellent ergonomics (perfect 3-finger grip for large hands) and a great blade shape (mini-nessmuk), and it looks great. I’ve had this in public three times, twice noticed as “cool knife” by non-knifers and a third comment from a fellow knife addict noting, “that handle is great!” In short, buyer beware… of uninformed reviewers.
Love the texture, how light it is and the shape of the Blade. It has one big issue. When the knife is closed the center of the edge contacts inside on the back lock and messes up the edge. I have sharpened it twice now to see if it will stop doing it once the blade is a bit shorter but it still does it. Very frustrating to get this thing shaving sharp and as soon as it closes a small portion in the center folds over.
buyer beware if you require a quality feel of the handle. This handle is very flimsy and feels so cheap in the hand. This is an under 20 USD knife and I now have remorse for buying this knife for over triple that value.
