The high carbon stainless steel blade is black coated and opens with one hand using the thumb stud. The handle has a steel liner lock and a deep-carry pocket clip. This one has a black finished serrated edged blade.
This was my first real knife I ever bought and it has been beat to hell. Not the most perfect blade steel, not the most comfortable in the pocket but this is an excellent knife to EDC and beat up. Scooped peanut butter, whittled tinder, chopped logs, and did all sorts of camp craft and this baby is a breeze to sharpen and asks for more.
