Worth every dollar spent. I’m an electrical engineer and I use this blade as my new EDC whether I’m in the office or jobsite. I love everything about this compact folder: design, feel, and operation. Index flipper/stud requires a confident finger for solid actuation. Strong bias to the closed position—no middle play. Upon blade deployment, you’ll feel and hear a welcomed notchy CLACK! Lock up is rock solid. Combination of the flipper to engage and push-button plunge lock to disengage is my preferred combination. One observation I have is about its FDE (flat dark earth) annodized color option which doesn’t look anything like FDE in person ... looks more like Champagne. Still nice finish though. Hands down Hogue did this one right.
the knife is comfortable in the hand. good steel blade. my knife tightens up in the closed position, and is a little difficult to open. I do like the positive lock on it
