Description:
Named for the family of birds crows belong to, the Kansept XL Korvid will give you something to crow about! At over twice the size of the Mini, this knife is a hefty chopping tool. The blade is also made from 154CM, a tough steel that holds an edge, with a fuller (or "blood groove") for cleaner slices and weight reduction. The massive cleaver blade unfurls via flipper and thumb stud openers for action you'll want to fidget with all day.
Get your knife a knife of its own! The Kansept Korvid comes in Mini and XL sizes, with a ridiculous contrast between the two. Don't be fooled, though—both models are thoughtfully crafted from the same quality materials!
Justin Koch, founder of Koch Tool Co. and designer, implemented his patent humor and EDC imagination into the Korvid series. In typical Koch form, the Korvid, in Mini and XL, is as functional a tool as it is a unique collectible!

This thing is huge, pictures do not do it justice. It weighs over half a pound. Awesome. Smooth action, satisfying click when you flip the blade into place, decently sharp out of the box. This knife is a convenient reason to leave my cell phone at home, it takes up any usable space in my cargo pocket that my phone would normally occupy. Get 3, get one for a friend, give as a gift, the Korvid XL is equally goofy and practical.
Fit and finish are quite nice, blade came sharp and a bit of stropping and its hair popping sharp, blade is centered, and the action is nice, for the price this is a beautiful knife. My only complaint is I heard over and over that this was a very large folder and for my hands at least it's not. Regardless I am very happy with my purchase.
