This Leek has awesome glow-in-the-dark, carbon fiber handle scales!
This classy Kershaw Leek features a lightweight carbon fiber handle and a CPM-154 blade steel upgrade with a stonewashed finish. The Leek is designed with patented SpeedSafe technology; give the ambidextrous thumb-stud a push and the knife takes over opening the blade the rest of the way. This is an ideal one-handed opener with a reversible pocket clip and a tip safety lock so the blade won't fire by accident. The Leek is a Ken Onion design.

Pros: Great blade shape and steel, beautiful light scales, and though I don't normally like assisted it really works in this format by only requiring a wee-bit flipper tab
Cons: Worst pocket clip in the world - when you go to tip-up, over 1/3rd of the knife is sticking out and moving around started to work it loose from the pocket - with an aftermarket deep carry clip it is great now. Also, when I did move the clip to tip up, it killed the centering of the blade (and remained unrecoverable) - one more reason the assist worked was because I had to tighten the pivot pretty seriously to get the blade off the show side of the inner liner.
Overall a good design, materials, and total carrying experience. This just wasn't the best Kershaw production from my many Kershaws.
