This Blade HQ Exclusive XCOM has been tricked out with the iconic Desert Warrior pattern, with an OD Green handle and a copper finished blade.
Designed by Les George, the Kershaw XCOM was inspired by the classic WWII trench knife. It has been scaled down to facilitate functional everyday carry with a tactically inspired build. The XCOM features a thumb disk opener and an inset stainless steel liner lock. Item is outfitted with a stainless steel pocket clip for tip-up carry.

I'm reviewing the Blade HQ exclusive here, or the desert warrior variant. Handle and blade size were fine. Overall weight and compact nature were good. I just felt that the both the blade and feel of the handle came off as a bit cheap. But then, hey, the price really is cheap, so no big deal. I think I'm not a big fan of the dagger-shaped blade used here, nor the copper-color coating. I really don't care for the thumb disk at all. I'd prefer a flipper, or even a thumb stud opener. For about the same price, I'd recommend the Kershaw Brawler over this knife.
