Kizer, This one is GREAT
Mark D.
I own five Kizer knives, this is the best one, a little heavy at 4 oz but as smooth as they get the Sheep Foot blade S35VN w/G10 Scales it just feels right, would like a larger pocket clip. You want a very nice knife at a great price, this is it STOP LOOKING.
Very good, but...

G10 scales are a little sharp-edged, but not troublesome. I wish I could say the same for the pocket clip. Ouch. Pokes right up into the hand. Definitely needs fixing. Great sheepsfoot blade and knife is ergo friendly. Fills the hand, but not too bulky. Great looking knife, and I love the snake-like scales. Still one of my favorites in spite of it's minor flaws. 5 if they fixed the clip.
Great knife at the price point

The knife has more pros than cons, I did want to give it a 3 star review but thought other buyers might not have the same issues with the design as I did.

Kizer knives make very good flipper knives, this one is no exception, detent was a bit stiff when it first arrived but this quickly smoothed out and can easily be used one handed for opening and closing, you're going to sit there are flip this one all day long;)

I like the blade design, as there is no recurve it makes it easy to resharpen. The S35VN steel is great for holding an edge but at the same time a bit soft, so if your hacking away and hit something hard expect to get a bit of rolling on the edge. The nice thing is it doesn't chip and it's quite easy to resharpen again.

What I didn't like about the knife was how sharp all the egdes are on the handle and the linelocker are, after using it for a bit the egdes on the G10 become uncomfortable and the linelocker edge will eat into you finger, I really liked the knife so I went ahead and spent some time with a dremel and softened all the edges and reshaped the linelocker edge and now it's a 5 star knife.

Good size, not too heavy, well balanced and awesome flipper action. This is the cheapest knives your going to find with this grade of steel, I think they actually left all the edges sharp so that you get get a taste of a great knife but want to step up and get one of the full titanium handle versions.

At the price point this is a great knife and I hope Kizer continues with the same quality products in the future.
Sweet knife, fun to carry!

This is a cool folder from Kizer and perhaps an odd combination for them. G10 and S35VN aren't often seen. The snake-like scales offer excellent grip and the blade shape is extremely useable. You'll like it.

Super snappy flipper right out of the box! A very stout and strong sheepsfoot blade made from s35vn, beautiful black and red g10 scales, secure, strong liner lock. This knife is an amazing deal for the money, and flips even better out of the box than my other Kizer, the ki401c I believe.
