The blade on this Kizer folding knife is crafted from S35VN stainless steel and is designed to handle punishment. It has a clip point blade style for puncturing and slicing tough materials, and a stonewash finish so it still looks good at the end or your work day. To open the blade you can choose from the ambidextrous thumb studs or the back side flipper. The handle is made from anodized 6AL4V titanium with a cross-hatch pattern to improve grip. On the back is a titanium pocket clip that can be moved for either tip-up or tip-down carry. There is also a lanyard hole and a frame lock mechanism to keep the blade securely in place while it's in use.

Highly Functional Work of Art
William W.
When this knife arrived a few weeks ago, I was delighted beyond any expectations, and I felt like I had hit the jackpot. The handle is beautiful to look at, like a great painting; and it is oh, SO comfortable in the hand, and because of the grooves, feels like it will never slip out of my hand the way a smooth metal handle feels. The length of the handle, the top-to-bottom size, and the width are all perfect. It's made for the hand. The blade is great, and just might be the sharpest knife I've ever had right out of the box. By the way, the product info says the blade is .13" thick, but I'm quite sure it's more like .15" It's a thick, strong blade. It flips very easily, but the blade doesn't fall out of the handle until you pull on the flipper, and then it comes out like greased lightning. I'll use it, but it also feels like it could be in a museum case. Kizer has done great work with this, and Blade HQ's service is good, as always. This is my first Kizer, and I'll be going back for more.
