Great addition to the collection.

Here's the skinny:

The aesthetics are perfect, and the blade shape is well-suited for personal protection. I like the finger guards with jimping, and the light weight. I typically favor blue folders over black, but this all-black is attractive. I would call this more of a "gentleman's folder" than a "Biker's".

The liner lock is small, and does not run the length of the scale. G10 scales are beautiful, but if you're looking for traction, these are smooth. The pocket clip is a bit skinny, but it does not bother my hand when gripped.

I typically prefer deeper pocket carry, but the ease of withdrawal and deployment is terrific. The finger protector almost functions like an Emerson wave, but not quite.

Excellent ergonomics while opening with control using both the flipper and thumb stud simultaneously.

This will be my first experience with AUS8, but the blade shape is most practical.

Overall impressed by the style, function and quality. If I could only pronounce Kizlyar. Enjoy.
