Knife Research presents the Legion fixed blade knife, manufactured in Maniago Italy by Lion Steel Knives. Molletta, designer of Lion Steel's SR-1 knife also designed this impressive knife!

This Legion SC knife features a Sleipner steel drop point style blade with a plain edge, a satin finish, and fuller groove. The full-tang blade has textured brown G-10 handle scales that are contoured, thicker in the palm for superb comfort and handling. The Legion also comes with with a super high quality MOLLE compatible sheath, leg strap, sharpener, carrying pouch and polishing cloth.

Awesome knife for a reasonable price
James W.
Typical Lionsteel knife, which essentially means it's outstanding. Meticulously handcrafted, it didn't have a single flaw that I could find. The Legion says quality through and through. It's not the first Lionsteel knife I've bought, and it certainly won't be the last.

The Knife Research Legion came in its own custom sized cordura zippered pouch. Inside was the knife, obviously, but also a bottle of protective oil, allen wrench, spare screws and inserts, soft cleaning cloth and heavy-duty leg strap with MOLLE attachment band. Presentation was excellent.

The sheath is Kydex with a cordura/PALS webbing patch on the front that's not only padded but screwed in place with 6 attachment points. There's a retention strap with a snap as well, but the Kydex was tight enough to hold the knife in place without using the strap.

The spine edges feel sharp, and they are 90 degrees, but it didn't throw sparks from a ferro rod all that well. It's also on the large and heavy side, but beyond that I can't say anything else bad about the knife. For the price it's a steal really.
