Description

Description

Direct from Maniago Italy, LionSteel presents the Daghetta manual folding knife. Yet another wonderful creation from the people of LionSteel.

The Daghetta also features a great blade locking system, TOL - Tactical Operation Lock system (patent pending). The mechanism secures the back spring creating a very strong lock. This mechanism gives the user the control of a traditional back spring and greater strength than the average lockback. This knife can be easily opened left hand or right hand. A simple spring loaded lock release at the front of the handle allows easy one-handed opening and closing. Clip is reversible.

The blade is 3-1/4" with double ground edge and is made of 440C at 56-58 Rc. The blade is satin finished with a plain edge. This Daghetta features a G-10 handle with a grippy texture.

Nice knife. Solid build. Very stiff at first but a little tinkering and works like a charm. World knife tour, another addition. Blade hq rocks.
I want to liken it more.

Don't let this fool you. Although it looks similar to an axis, this is basically a lock back with a sliding pin. To say this knife is stiff is an understatement. Deployment isn't any smoother than the lock either, and with small thumbstuds that are a bastard to use. My other problem is because the handle ribs... this thing destroys pants pockets.
