From designer Pensato Michele, aka Molletta, LionSteel presents the KUR folding knife. In addition to its flattering design, the KUR flipper features a coated aluminum handle that changes color when its temperature reaches 71° F; on this model, the handle is black and changes to camo on this model. Functionally, the KUR folder is not lacking. It has a Sleipner steel blade and steel liner lock handle with ball bearings.
This is the second Lionsteel knife I've bought. The first was the Bastinelli Dragotac. Besides the wow factor on the black to camo handle, I honestly didn't expect this attention to detail in a knife at this price. Also, like the Dragotac, about a half dozen strokes on a razor strop and it will split hairs.
Just received mine from Lionsteel was one of the first to pre order. It's a great knife, love the feel in hand and if your hands are warm changing from black to camo is very cool. It's up to lionsteels high standards, only thing not to my liking is the pocket clip but I can live with it.
