Description

Description

The redesigned DMaX II Karambit Fighting knife by Max Venom has the same ruggedness and utility as the original in a more affordable package.

Now made with Nitro-V stainless steel, the DMax II is tough and corrosion resistant while maintaining a razor's edge. Moving to a chisel ground cutting edge, the DMaX II's tip is stronger, without sacrificing cutting or piercing performance. Comfortable and ergonomic in hand, the generous safety ring accommodates a variety of hand sizes while providing a secure grip. A matte bead blast finish features laser engraved branding for a durable, non-reflective surface. Shipped with a hand fitted kydex sheath, pre-strung for discreet neck carry.

Features:
  • Durable, corrosion resistant Nito-V stainless steel.
  • Chisel ground cutting edge for additional strength.
  • Matte bead blast finish with laser engraving.
  • Discreet neck carry with included kydex sheath.

The tip isn't sharp at all, but it will pierce with force, i'm unsure if this is consistent with other dmax 2s or just mine. There are also visible grind marks all over, not exactly what I was expecting of a hand made product.

This is my very first Max Venom knife, my very first chisel ground blade, and my very first karambit. And it is well worth the money, I keep it on my hip no matter the day or the place in town I will be visiting. The steel is very high quality, and the entire blade seems very sturdy.
