Description:

The Pro-Tech SBR is a smaller, lighter, and more pocketable version of the popular Rockeye, hence the name SBR, or Short Bladed Rockeye. It's designed by Les George, a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and master craftsman of tactical knives. The blade features a useful drop point with a patch of jimping that gives you superb control of the knife. The handle is simple and clean, with just enough contouring to make it comfortable. For ease of carry, the pocket clip, and its screws, are recessed into the handle, making sliding it in and out of the pocket easy.

The Pro-Tech SBR comes in several colors, and sometimes comes in custom models. Pro-Tech knows how excellent this knife is, and they are committed to making the perfect one for you!

Customer Reviews

Darn near perfect edc knife!

The SBR checks all the boxes as a daily carry for me. Great Pro-Tech quality, no flaws whatsoever. Great size and blade design. Typical Pro-Tech action, fires with force but folds one handed no problem. Great knife design and execution!

I love this knife but.....

I waited a long time before ever considering getting an automatic knife. They were all just not very attractive to me and looked like a shapeless handle with a knife blade attached to it, and then came along the ProTech SBR. I love this knife it looks like a knife not a shapeless blob with a blade. My only real dissapointment for a $199 dollar knife is that it's not very sharp, guess I was expecting Spyderco sharp even their cheap knives are sharper than this SBR opening an evelope is a chore for this knife rather than sliding through like a hot knife through butter..But other than that I love it, it is a joy to carry and even more fun to play with when board. And just right before writing this review I discovered while looking at some superficial scartches in the finish that when held in the sunlight the darn thing sparkles. It is very subtle but it does. So the only reason I gave it four stars is because for the price it should of been very sharp instead of kinda sharp..disapointed but not a deal breaker by any means..I will just have to learn how to sharpen knives properly instead of making them worse when I try...great knife you should get one..
