The Pro-Tech Sprint knife is a slim and sleek design with superb action and a top-notch build. This knife has a CPM S35VN steel blade that opens via the recessed push button. The handle has a slimmer build than the Runt models.

I use this knife every day at work. The handle is just a little larger than the Kershaw Launch 4 and it makes a world of difference. I am 6'2 and have big mitts, the handle is just big enough for me to hold on to well while cutting open packages, unwrapping products, cutting strapping, and zip ties. It comes with a good blade profile, and retains an edge for about a week before I have to touch it up which is pretty impresive considering the amount of cardboard and plastic it goes through daily. It is a great little everyday tool.
Awesome knife! It was perfect for a California legal auto knife! Action was smooth and fast, and blade came very sharp. I would highly recommend this knife
Got my new Protech Sprint knife from Blade HQ a couple days ago.absolutely love it.its slick, its sharp and the action is fantastic.its a really well made knife and feels good in the hand.cant wait to get my next protech knife from Blade hq. Thanks Blade HQ for the fast and friendly service.
This is the best little automatic knife Ive ever owned! It came RAZOR sharp and has such a strong smooth action. At first I was a little iffy about such a small knife but I love it! And at such a great price Im sure Ill be buying another one soon!
I was excited to receive this beautiful little automatic knife, after reading the reviews here, and just loving the look. The knife itself is immaculate, and the spring works fast and strong as promised.
Every time I receive something that I ordered online, I don't know what it is, but I subconsciously ask myself if I saw this item in a store would I buy it? In the case of the Pro Tech Sprint the answer would be a resounding no. For the size, this knife is way overpriced. Now, we all know about Pro Tech. Great materials, clean functional design, and "snappy deployment." I'm not disappointed in any of those areas, but the fact is this knife is small, comically small. If you open boxes for a living, or participate in some craft or hobby that requires a small cutting tool, maybe this knife has some value for you. Otherwise, I would pass on this knife. However, you might consider throwing a few more bucks in the kitty and purchase the Pro Tech Newport. For those of you that may not know. The Newport is a bigger version of the Sprint. I am now living with regret because I decided to save a few bucks. Don't make the same mistake. Check the product dimensions to make sure this item will fit your needs.
I have mixed feelings about this knife. I love it! It’s sharp, great “snap”, and pretty good looking little knife. It’s small but very effective. The bad news is that the clip that holds it in your pocket didn’t do the job. I had it in my pocket when I took my dogs for a walk. A little later at home I reached for it and it was gone! I was totally heart broken. Had I thought it wouldn’t be secure with the clip I would have put it safely in my pocket. Very disappointed. I’m not wealthy and spent over $160 on a knife that had a bunk pocket clip.
